This is to inform you that Mukesh Kumar Masoom c. Singh __Flat No.004, Sonam Chandra c.h.s. Old Golden Nest, Phase-01, Mira Road, Dis- Thane, Maharshtra -401107 Is / are member/s of our Society. We have been informed by Mukesh Kmar Masoom c. Singh that your Bank has agreed to grant credit facility / ies to Mr. / Mrs. / M/s._Mukesh Kumar c. Singh upon certain terms and conditions, one of them being creation of security by way of charge on his / her Flat/Shop/unit No.004 in our Society. The said member/s has / have requested the Society for NOC to create mortgage of the said Flat/Shop/unit No. _004 in flavor The Greater Bombay Co-operative Bank Ltd.

This is to confirm that share Certificate No. 4 for shares bearing distinctive Nos._16 __ to _20 __ in respect of Flat/Shop/unit No._004 stands in the name of _Mukesh Kumar Masoom & singly / jointly and the said Flat/Shop/unit is in his / her / their possession / occupation.

This is to confirm that the Society has not yet issued Share Certificate to its members and as and when the same is issued will be directly forwarded to you.

We hereby confirm that the said Flat/Shop/unit is not subject to any encumbrances / charge / liability and is at present free from all encumbrances and marketable. All taxes and dues in respect of the said Flat/Shop/unit have been paid till date.

We hereby agree and confirm that we have no objection to the said member/s Shri / Smt.__Mukesh Kumar Masoom c. Singh creating charge in respect of Flat/Shop/unit No._004 in the Society by way of security in favour of your bank and undertake to co-operate with the Bank for creation of the same.
