लॉस एंजिल्स. अमेरिका के लॉस एंजिल्स सहित 7 शहरों में टॉपलेस घूमने-फिरने के अधिकार की मांग को लेकर हजारों महिलाएं सड़कों पर टॉपलेस निकल पड़ी। महिलाओं का कहना था कि जिस तरह पुरुषों के लिए शरीर के ऊपरी हिस्से को ढंकना कानूनन अनिवार्य नहीं है, उसी तरह उन्हें भी सार्वजनिक जगहों पर टॉपलेस घूमने-फिरने का अधिकार दिया जाए।

अमेरिका में यह आंदोलन कई सालों से चल रहा है और कई शहरों में महिलाओं को ऐसे अधिकार मिले हैं। आंदोलन की आधिकारिक वेबसाइट http://gotopless.org के मुताबिक ड्रिस्ट्रिक्ट ऑफ कोलंबिया में 1986 और न्यूयॉर्क में 1992 में ही महिलाओं को पब्लिक प्लेस पर पुरुषों के समान टॉपलेस होने का अधिकार मिल गया।

आंदोलन को शुरू करने वाले स्प्रिचुअल लीडर एम. रेयल का कहना है कि जब पुरुष टॉपलेस रह सकते हैं तो संवैधानिक रूप से महिलाओं को भी समानता का यह अधिकार मिलना चाहिए या पुरुषों को भी सीना ढंकने के लिए बाध्य करना चाहिए।

यह मांग महिला-पुरुष समानता के अधिकार से जुड़ी हुई है, इसलिए हर साल अगस्त माह में इस मांग को लेकर प्रदर्शन का प्रतीकात्मक महत्व है। अमेरिका में 26 अगस्त 1920 को महिलाओं को वोटिंग का अधिकार मिला था, इसलिए यह दिन यहां महिला समानता दिवस के रूप में मनाया जाता ह

दिलफेंक पडोसन, भाग-33

सलीम- नहीं ऐसी कोई बात नहीं है, मैं तो कुछ अलग ही सोच रहा था... मैं ये जानना चाहता था की महीने भर में तुम्हारे पढाई का कुल खर्च कितना आता है ?
रोजी- आता तो ज्यादा है , मगर किसी भी हालत में कम से दस हजार की जरूरत होती है...
सलीम- यानी की अगर तुम्हारे पास महीने में दस हजार रुपये आ जाएँ तो तुम ये काम छोड़ सकती हो ?
रोजी- छोड़ सकती हूँ , मतलब ? अरे मैं कोई पेशेवर वैश्या थोड़े ही हूँ... जब तक जरूरत है तभी तक ये सब करना है , उसके बाद तो किसीकी तरफ़ नजर उठाकर भी नहीं देखना... मैं एक डॉक्टर की बेटी हूँ ... काश वे आज हमारे साथ होते ... या फ़िर उन्होंने दूसरीshaadee नहीं की होती.... काश......... लेकिन अब क्या हो सकता है ?
सलीम विचारों में गम हो गया... वह अपने बच्चों के बारे में सोचने लगा... अगर वह फरहा से दूसरी शादी कर लेता है तो उसकी बेटी की हालत भी रोजी जैसी हो सकती है... वह दुखी हो गया... उसका सर चकराने लगा...उसे अपने एक सीनियर मित्र की बातें याद आने लगीं... उसका मित्र तो अपनी एक शादी से भी परेशान था... वह हमेशा कहता था की होशियार आदमी को कभी भी भी शादी नहीं करनी चाहिए, इसके बदले मनपसंद लड़की के साथ सिर्फ़ समझौता करना चाहिए, खाओ-पीओ अपनी फीस लो और अपने घर जाओ... मगर शादी के बाद अच्छा भला आदमी भी औरत का गुलाम बन जाता है... लेकिन सलीम इन विचारों से सहमत नहीं था... वह जिम्मेदारी को भुई महत्वपूर्ण समझता था... आज उसकी समझ में आया की उसका दोस्त कितना सवः बोलता था... अब उसने फरहा के साथ शादी करने का विचार त्याग दिया और रोजी के साथ एक समझौते की उम्मीद करने लगा...

उसने बाकायदा रोजी से पूछ भी लिया-

- क्या मेरे साथ जुड़ना चाहोगी ? ऐसे रोजाना रात-रात भर जागने से तुम्हारी सेहत पर भी असर पड़ता होगा और पढाई पर भी... मेरे एक दोस्त कहते थे की शादी से अच्छा समझौता होता है... समझौते से तुम आराम से सो सकोगी... तुम्हें हर महीने दस हजार रुपये मैं दूंगा... बोलो मंजूर है ?

रोजी- मुझे सोचने का वक्त दीजिये ... अपनी शर्तें भी बता दीजिये ... यानी की मुझे आप दस हजार रुपये महीने क्यों देना चाहते हैं ? जबकि अआप तो एक टीचर हैं और मैं जानती हूँ की टीचर की पेमेंट इतनी ज्यादा नहीं होती...

सलीम- मैं भी तुम्हारे साथ हमबिस्तर होने की कीमत ही दे रहा हूँ... फर्क इतना है की मैं तुम्हारी मर्जी के मुताबिक ही सम्बन्ध बनाऊंगा, जब तुम्हारे पास टाइम नहीं होगा तो जिद नहीं करूंगा... एक तरह से तुम मेरी पत्नी ही रहोगी मगर शर्तों के साथ... जब भी तुम चाहो अपनी पसंद की शादी कर सकती हो मुझे कोई ऐतराज नहीं होगा...

रोजी - ठीक है , मैं इन शर्तों पर विचार करती हूँ... मगर ये मैं जान चुकी हूँ की तुम बहुत दयालु हो... तुम जैसे नेकदिल इंसान से दोस्ती करके मुझे खुशी और गर्व का अनुभव होगा॥

सलीम- बाकी महिलायें तो मर्दों की सताई हुई होती हैं मगर ,मैं मेरी महिलाओं का सताया हुआ हूँ...मैं जब उसके साथ हमबिस्तर होता हूँ तो मेरी पत्नी का मूड बदलता रहता है, वह मुझे खुश नहीं कर पाती...

ई कारण हो सकते है... . जानते हैं, क्या हैं ,पुरुषों का मानना है कि महिलाएं बेहद राजदार होती हैंउनकी सेक्स ड्राइव को लेकर भी वे कुछ ऐसा ही सोचतेहैं...कई बार वे उन्हें सिडक्टिव लगती हैं, तो ऐसे मौके भी आते हैं जब वे क्लोज आने में दिलचस्पी नहीं दिखातीं। दरअसल, इसके पीछे कई कारण होते हैं और अपनी परेशानी दूर करने के लिए आपको उन कारणों को दूर करना ही होगा। मूड न होना हायपोएक्टिव सेक्सुअल डिजायर डिसऑर्डर के केसेज महिलाओं में बहुत ज्यादा देखने में आते हैं। यह बात यूनिवर्सिटी ऑफ शिकागो में 18 से 59 साल की महिलाओं पर की गई एक स्टडी से साबित हुई। इस डिसऑर्डर से ग्रस्त व्यक्ति को सेक्स में ज्यादा दिलचस्पी नहीं होती। इस डिसऑर्डर की प्राइमरी स्टेज में महिला को सेक्स की इच्छा ही नहीं होती, जबकि सेकंडरी स्टेज में उसकी पहली वाली दिलचस्पी खत्म हो जाती है। कंडिशन के बिगड़ने पर वह सेक्स से दूर भागने लगती है। इस डिसऑर्डर की वजहें कम्यूनिकेशन प्रॉब्लम, लड़ाई, प्यार का न मिलना, अकेलापन वगैरह हो सकती है...अब इसका अर्थ यह बिल्कुल नहीं है की मैं तुम पर आरोप लगा रही हूँ... यह सामने वाली महिला की समझ पर भी निर्भर करता है...

दिलफेंक पडोसन, भाग-32

कई बार बच्चे के जन्म को आसान बनाने के लिए डिलिवरी के वक्त एप्सिटॉमी नाम की छोटी सी सर्जरी की जाती है... यह एक छोटा सा ऑपरेशन है, जिसके तहत बच्चे को आसानी से बाहर निकालने के लिए वैजाइना को थोड़ा बड़ा किया जाता है.... कई बार इस ऑपरेशन की वजह से इंटरकोर्स करते वक्त परेशानी या दर्द होता है... हालांकि अगर आप सावधानी बरतें, तो 6 से 8 हफ्ते में इस सर्जरी का असर खत्म हो जाता है और वैजाइना अपनी पुरानी शेप में लौट आती है,

सलीम- सच , अरे यार तुम तो डॉक्टर लगती हो... क्या तुम्हें ये ज्ञान ऐसे ही हो गया या फ़िर पढने -लिखने से ?
रोजी- मेरे पिता डॉक्टर थे... उनकी मौत हो गयी... मेरी सौतेली माँ ने सब संपत्ति अपने नाम करली... इसी कारण मुझे इस लाइन में आना पडा... अब मैं पढ़ती हूँ, और अपना खर्च निकालने के लिए कभी कभार किसीके साथ रात गुजार लेती हूँ... और तुमने सही पहचाना , मैं डॉक्टरी की पढाई कर रही हूँ...
सलीम- ओह , मैं तुम्हारी नोलेज पहचान गया था, जीवन जीने के लिए हम लोगों को कितने समझौते करने पड़ते हैं... मैं तुमसे बार- बार मिलना चाहूँगा...
रोजी- ठीक है मगर मेरा कांट्रेक्ट इसी बार के साथ है, इसलिए मैं इसी माध्यम से मिल सकती हूँ... पूरा सुख देने की गारंटी मेरी है और इस बात को गुप्त रखने की जिम्मेदारी आपकी भी है...
सलीम- मैं जबान का सच्चा हूँ और इस बात में यकीन करता हूँ की की हाथ का सच्चा और लंगोटी का पक्का आदमी कभी मार नहीं खा सकता... पहले मैं भी लंगोटी का खूब पक्का था , मेरे साथी मेरा उदाहरण दिया करते थे मगर सब गुड गोबर हो गया... अब तो यही है की जहाँ पर भी तुम जैसी कमसिन हसीना देखता हूँ वहीं पर फिसल जाता हूँ, मेरी बड़ी अजीब हालत हो गयी है... बेवजह इस बार में चला आया...
रोजी- ऐसी हरकतें अचानक से नहीं आ सकतीं... जरूर इसके पीछे कोई बड़ा कारण रहा होगा ...
सलीम- क्या बताऊँ यार... है भी और नहीं भी... क्या बताऊँ , क्या छिपाऊँ .... कुछ समझ में नहीं आता...
रोजी- जब कभी ऐसी स्थिति से गुजरो तो थोडी देर के लिए खामोश हो जाना चाहिए... वरना... नुक्सान अपने को ही होता है...
सलीम- तुम तो अन्तर्यामी लगती हो... एक पैग पीते हैं, ज़रा मैं ठीक से समझने लगूंगा...
रोजी- क्षमा चाहती हूँ , मैं शराब नहीं पीती... मुझे तो रोटी का ही बहुत नशा हो जाता है... आज तक मैंने कभी नहीं पी... हाँ, अगर तुम पीना चाहो तो मुझे कोई ऐतराज भी नहीं है... मैं खूब प्यार से सर्व करुँगी...
सलीम- तुम बहुत अच्छी हो, होशियार भी... तुम्हारी मुस्कान बड़ी कातिल है... अंग -प्रत्यंग हसीं है...
रोजी- तुम शायद बहक रहे हो, इसलिए इस जिस्म और हुस्न की तारीफ़ कर रहे हो, हमारे पास तुम्हें कभी असली सुख नहीं मिलेगा... सुकून तो पत्नी के पास ही मिलता है, वहाँ पर अगर इससे आधा प्यार भी न्यौछावर करोगे तो कई हजार गुना सुख पाओगे... खूब संतुष्टि मिलेगी...
रोजी की बातें उसे बहुत अच्छी लग रही थीं... हकीकत तो वह भी जानता था, उसने भी सुन रखा था की वैश्या के घर जाने से कभी किसीकी मुश्किल आसान नहीं हो सकतीं... इससे तो उलटा नाश होता है... उसने बहुत लोगों से सुन रखा था की शबाब और शराब ने अच्छों अच्छों की आसमान से समुन्दर में लाकर पटक दिया ,, मगर जिसको इश्क नचाये यार , फ़िर वो नाचे बीच बाजार ... वह रोजी को हैरत भरी नजरों से देख रहा था, उसको अपनी पडोसन और प्रेमिका फरहा से नफरत हो रही थी... रोजी ने उसको टोका-
- मेरी बात अच्छी नहीं लग रहीं ? मैं जानती थी... मेरे साथ यही होता है... जब मैं अपने ग्राहक को अच्छी सलाह देती हूँ तो उसे बहुत बुरा लगता है... कितनी बार तो मुझे टिप्स से भी हाथ धोना पडा है, अगली बार वह ग्राहक फ़िर मेरे पास नहीं आता... तुम भी आने वाले नहीं हो...
